Agnese Bicocchi grew up in Tuscany, at 18 moved to London and studied at London College of Communication and at Westminster where she gained a First class degree in Illustration. She currently lives and works in Brighton.
Agnese's ideas have illustrated a variety of subjects for magazines, publishers and creative agencies and she is also a visiting lecturer at Northbrook College on the South coast of England. She is fond of using many creative techniques and materials, and this results in lots of small details to be discovered in her illustrations.
Inspiration for her work comes from her mother’s school textbooks of technical design, 60's films and the works of David Hockney, Georges Perec, Mike Mills and Bruno Munari.
